    IMCI AI Software

Founder, Managing Director and Principal AI Consultant

    • Founded and lead an AI and data science consultancy serving Fortune 500 enterprises and global NGOs across commercial, humanitarian and healthcare work, owning each engagement end to end: finding where AI can be deployed strategically, then building it.
    • Embedded AI consultant with Dell Technologies Global Operations, leading cross-functional delivery of production AI and machine learning solutions: framing the problem with senior leadership, then writing and deploying the Python tooling that put each solution into daily operational use.
    • Developed a novel supply chain analytics methodology combining mathematical modelling and machine learning, and coded it into a reusable analytics tool the business now runs itself, surfacing $5M in potential cost savings to date.
    • Built and deployed a global risk-monitoring application for a UK export firm (Python data pipeline, R Shiny front end), adapting humanitarian early-warning methods to a distributor network across 48 countries to cut disruption-related holding costs.
    • Built predictive disease-outbreak models for South-East Asia for a global humanitarian NGO, combining epidemiological data with machine learning, delivered as a live forecasting pipeline with an alerting dashboard the NGO’s teams use for preparedness planning.
    • Designed, coded and deployed a sentiment analysis application (Python NLP, R Shiny) for a global NGO, turning public reaction into a real-time signal that shaped natural-disaster fundraising campaigns.
    • Built a field-team monitoring dashboard with integrated disaster and severe-weather early warnings, and prototyped case-tracking tools for one of Singapore’s children’s hospitals.
    • Designed automated data pipelines (Python, R, SQL) integrating statistical modelling, machine learning and AI for real-time operational decision support.
  2. Sep 2021 – Sep 2024
    Singapore

    Dell Technologies

Advisor and data scientist, Robotic Process Automation team, Global Operations

    • Acted as an internal advisor across multiple procurement teams, diagnosing operational pain points and then personally building and deploying the custom tooling that resolved them (Python, R, VBA).
    • Built a predictive analytics framework to model redundancy across the global product offering, coding the models in Python and shipping them behind an interactive dashboard that product teams used to drive rationalisation decisions.
    • Democratised machine learning across business teams with internal Python and Streamlit applications that let non-technical users run ML algorithms on their own datasets without writing code.
    • Led and mentored the Dell summer internship programme as head mentor in 2024, tripling its funding through corporate sponsorship.
    • Received the Leadership Impact Award (2023). Founded the Dell Technologies Rock Climbing Club.
  3. Apr 2021 – Aug 2021
    Singapore

    Dell Technologies

Data science intern, Robotic Process Automation team

    • Designed, coded and deployed a VBA and Python automation tool that became the team’s standard reporting process, cutting report preparation time by 85%.
    • Received the Best Intern Award (2021).
  4. Aug 2019 – May 2020
    Glasgow, UK

    BAE Systems

Operations and manufacturing engineer, graduate training scheme

    • Advised stakeholders up to the Chief Operating Officer on process redesign and automation, delivering each recommendation as a working tool built and deployed in the department that needed it.
    • Supported the digitisation of manufacturing processes with custom VBA and Python scripts to improve operational efficiency.
    • Researched and rolled out an automated employee feedback collection system (VBA), adopted across the site and cutting reporting lead time by 90%.
    • Revitalised the reverse mentoring programme, increasing participation by 25%.
